1. Information About Us.

www.frescoboxuk.com is a site operated by Fresco Box LTD Company No”10523630”. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Fresco Box. We are registered in England and Wales under company no 10523630 and with our registered office at 55 Rectory Grove, Leigh-On-Sea, Essex, England, SS9 2HA. Our email address is info@frescoboxuk.com


2. Service Availability

We ship our meals nationwide and our merchandise and other non food related items worldwide, however specific countries can incur additional charges to standard delivery rates such as tax and import duties. These terms can be found on our couriers Delivery information page.


3. Your Status

By placing an order on www.frescoboxuk.com you concede that;

You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract

You are at least 18 years old

Resident of the serviced countries.


4. How the contract is formed.

After you have placed an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email from us informing that we have indeed received your order. This doesn’t mean your order has been accepted. Placing an order formulates an offer to us to buy our products. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us. We will confirm acceptance of your order when we have dispatched the items. Once your order has been marked as dispatched, this then constitutes a binding contract with us.

Your order will not be processed until we receive full payment for the products sold. We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:


The product ordered being unavailable from stock
Our inability to obtain authorization of payment
The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion
If we suspect any fraudulent activity


Once you have completed your purchase and have received your order confirmation email you will not be able to make any changes to your order so please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the pay button. However you can follow our returns policy if an item has been ordered incorrectly.


6. Availability

All products are subject to stock availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if all the products in your order are not available and we will change the item that is unavailable for another item. If only some of the products in your order are available this will be explained in your acceptance and dispatch email.


7. Price & Payment

You can pay for the items on our website with Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, AMEX and PayPal. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason, authorize payment then you will be notified as soon as possible. Your order will not be completed if payment hasn’t been cleared. Our prices are subjected to change but will not affect orders that have been already accepted.



8. Returns Policy

If you change your mind about your purchase, you can cancel your contract with us within 24 hours from the day the order was delivered to be eligible for a return or refund. We will refund the price that you paid for the Items taking into account any discounts or promotions applied when you purchased the items. The refund will not include any delivery charges you have paid. All refunds will be made using the same method of payment you used to purchase the items. If you wish to exchange an item, please place a new order and send us your previous item for us to process a refund



9. Delivery

All local deliveries will be made on a Sunday evening from 6pm Onwards. We cannot guarantee the exact time your meals will be delivered as it

depends on the volume of orders but we aim to have all packages delivered before 9PM. You will be notified by SMS or Whatsapp Message when your meals are outside for collection and our driver will take photographic evidence to ensure that the items where left outside the customers premesis. There will be a ‘no contact’ delivery so please collect your meals from outside your home and place immediately in the fridge as soon as you receive the message alert. 

This excludes Kure water where dispatch is made 3-5 working days after purchase.



10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Fresco Box Ltd, our directors employees and offices from third party claims any liability, damages and/or costs (including, but not limited to, legal fees) arising from, without limitation, your breach of these terms and conditions, your infringement of any intellectual property right or any other right of any person or entity, or your breach of any duty of confidence or privacy, or any defamatory statements made by you in any form.



11. Discount Code Terms & Conditions.

Fresco Box Discount codes entitles you to extra percentage off items. To claim your discount, before you checkout, in the apply discount section copy your discount code. This will then be calculated and your basket price will update to reflect the discount. Discount Codes can only be used once per customer, cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer, remain our property and are not transferable. There is no cash alternative. Discount codes exclude sale.
