Fresco Box was formed in March 2016 by Personal Trainer Abdul Bangura as a healthy alternative for his busy professional clients that struggled to stay on top of their nutrition. Since then, Fresco Box has gone from strength to strength, expanding into a nationwide operation, providing meals for some of the UK’s top athletes, professionals and corporate businesses alike.

Fresco Box was built from the ground up with minimal start up investment. Abdul had been incarcerated for a number of years and decided to turn his life around upon his release in November 2015.

Since then he has delivered seminars to schools, youth clubs and probation offices and acts as mentor to young people who have been in similar circumstances as well as offering apprenticeships and job opportunities to his mentees.

As part of our growth we are expanding throughout the UK to meet the diverse needs of our dynamic and professional customer base.

Time is a factor that none of us can change and Fresco Box was designed to not only save you time, but give you the opportunity to eat a well balanced, healthy meal without breaking the bank.
